PERSONAL INFO:

My name is Mrs. Gaynel Shawa.  I am married to Dr. Ray Shawa, acting principal at HCA.  We have three children and seven grandchildren.

I have taught at HCA for the past 20 years.  My major teaching responsibility is in middle school math. My desire is to teach your children to not just learn math, but to love math.
This year I also have the privilege of teaching a 6th grade history class.
